Formerly known as The Center for Digital Storytelling, StoryCenter partners with organizations around the world to bring projects in Storywork, digital storytelling, and other forms of digital media production into communities. StoryCenter’s workshop approach is highly participatory, and staffs enthusiastically mentor storytellers of all technology skill levels through the production process, from brainstorming ideas for their stories to recording these narratives and syncing them with relevant images, audio, and video. Their work is rooted in deeply held ethical principles and sensitivity to the storytellers’ experiences of creating and sharing their stories with the world.
